When you signup at Codeloaded an account profile will be created. With your account you can buy files, refer new members and sell your work. Ofcourse you want to know what you can do with an account on Codeloaded before signing up. This page describes the basics of your account. You will learn how to create an account, buy and download files, update your profile and download your purchased files.

Creating an Account

For buying files on Codeloaded you will need an account. Creating an account on Codeloaded is very easy and you are done in a few minutes. The first thing you need to do as you have probably guessed already is click on the "Sign Up" button on the top of the page.
You will be presented with the sign up form.
After you have completed and submitted the form you will be asked to confirm your email address. Check your email for the confirmation email. Also check your Junk Mail folder because sometimes the confirmation email gets send there. Click on the confirmation link in this email and your account is confirmed. You can now log in

Your Profile

If you log in the field on the top of the page will change. You will see your username and your Prepaid Credit Balance. If you click on your username, you will presented with your dashboard. Your dashboard is an overview of your account. If you want to change your personal info you can do so by clicking "My Profile".
You can change your profile by clicking on the "Edit Profile" buttons. If you do so, you can change your profile picture, your avatar, your website and your personal message. If you want to become an author, this is always a good thing to do.
Profiles are checked on a regular basis so do not use it for illegal activities ;).

Depositing Funds

If you want to buy a file on Codeloaded, you will need to have credits on your Prepaid Credit Balance. You can deposit funds by clicking on the "Deposit Funds" link. A form will appear with the amounts you can deposit. Click on the amount you want to deposit and click on "Buy Now". You will redirected to PayPal and there you can complete your order. If you have completed your order, the amount will automatically be added to your Prepaid Credit Balance. Now you are ready to buy files.

Buying Files

If you have found a file that you like, you can select a license and click the buy now button. After you have confirmed your purchase, you will be redirected to the "My Downloads" section of your account. The files you have bought will show up here.
Click the "Download" button next to the file you want to download and the download will start. All downloads are zip files and most of them have documentation included.
The files you have bought will always stay available in the "My Downloads" section of your account for later usage. You can also download the license certificate for legal purposes.
If an Author updates a file, the file you have bought will also be updated. This is free of charge.

Important Notes

Everyone who creates an account on Codeloaded automatically enters the referral program. With the referral program you can earn a commission by referring new members to Codeloaded. To do so you will need your referral code. You can find your referral code in the "My Dashboard" section of your account.
